If I had to pick a word to describe my Realtor “Cynthia Mills”, it would be “forthright”. I was very lucky to be represented by Cynthia on my recent acquisition of a home in Pacifica CA. My wife and I have been looking for a house in the peninsula for years and I’ve talked to many realtors in the process while spending many Sunday afternoons visiting homes on the market… What struck me about meeting Cynthia was her candid “to the point” attitude and her skills of not only being a realtor but also a mortgage broker. Although I had chosen a different mortgage broker, Cynthia’s knowledge of the loan process and ability to keep the broker on-track when problems occurred was key to the success of the purchase of our new home. I also liked the DocuSign URL links that Cynthia emailed me that required initials and signatures on documents to streamline the process even more, keeping office visits to a minimum. A real plus for a married couple with different work schedules. I really appreciated Cynthia’s quick scheduling of property accessors, home and pest inspectors and then actually working with the seller on problems found on the reports and getting the seller to agree to fix them.
